Nteon Practice Consultants is comprised of specialists with extensive experience in all aspects of Medical Coding and Reimbursement.  They have worked with hundreds of practices throughout the country. 

Our consultants have over 20 years of experience with Medical Records, Doctor Training, Correct Coding Compliance and Maximization of reimbursement, Billing and Reimbursement, and EOB reviews. 

Robert E Rebello, Senior Consultant-  Robert has over 25 years of Medical Coding and Reimbursement experience and lectures throughout the country on Medical Coding and Reimbursement. 
His areas of expertise include Medical Records Review, Doctor Training on Correct Coding Compliance and Maximizing reimbursement.  
Robert has presented many Continuing Education lectures throughout the country on Medical Coding and Reimbursement.   He has also lectured at numerous Colleges to both faculty and students.

Katherine Norris, Billing and Reimbursement Consultant  Katherine has over 20 years of experience as a senior coder and billing consultant and has conducted extensive claim and EOB reviews for hundreds of offices.
Katherine works directly with your Billing Staff to assess their knowledge of proper coding and billing strategies. This includes identifying incorrect coding patterns, improper modifier usage, and diagnosis-to-procedure rational, as well as required information on a CMS 1500 form or electronic equivalent.
